Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist at ONE derland Enterprise located in Denpasar.

  • Provide expert advice and personalized educational plans to students and parents - including their visas
  • Assist in college and university admissions, scholarship applications, and career counseling - including their visas
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and learning methodologies
  • Collaborate with educators and institutions to implement innovative academic programs
  • Make contact with international or local or any third party companies related to Australia study & visa application
  • Answer online and offline client requests
  • Doing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industry
  • Enhancing social media promotion and marketing strategy
  • Handle visa and study requests from the client
  • Manage client portfolio through CRM
  • Be responsible for several kinds of visa applications of the client
  • Inform and advise clients on their study and visa needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master's degree, with min. 1 year of experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Required language(s): English (with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritized
  • Familiar with customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, tactics, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies
  • Experience in international marketing or working with diverse teams is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
  • A fast learner with good attention to details, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar
