Job title: Customer Service Specialist (for XENA App)

Role Overview : Provide timely and professional support to in-app users, handle inquiries, complaints, and account issues while maintaining high user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues via support channels
  2. Handle complaints, refunds, and account-related requests
  3. Coordinate with product and operations teams when needed
  4. Maintain knowledge base and contribute to process improvements
  5. Track and report on CS performance metrics

Qualifications

  1. Prefer candidates with live streaming related experience
  2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken); good command of English
  3. Prior experience in customer service or user support
  4. Strong communication skills, fast learner and empathy
  5. Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
