  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through written channels to build trust and ensure understanding
  • Demonstrate empathy by understanding customer needs, concerns, and emotions, and responding appropriately
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by actively listening, asking relevant follow-up questions, and providing effective solutions
  • Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Manage return and refund cases in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong product and service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Show persistence and resilience when handling difficult or complex customer situations
  • Manage time effectively by prioritizing tickets and responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Apply emotional intelligence to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in all interactions

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 14 years of experience handling customer service through marketplace chat platforms
  • Familiar with and able to manage return and refund processes
  • Domiciled in Jakarta, preferably within close proximity to Pluit
  • Demonstrates good manners, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
