Job Descriptions:

1. Response Customer On Social Media;

2. Support daily operations of social media activity;

3. Social Media Sentiment Analysis;

4. Create an explanation or clarification about all of the complaint and suggestion thru Social Media, Chat Message, e-mail, etc;

5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys;

6. Maintain a good relationship with social media followers;

Requirements:

1. Have excellent communication skills, polite, confident, and friendly;

2. Understand the needs of customers;

3. Be good at teamwork and able to work on their own initiative;

4. Able to work under pressure;

5. Must have strong analytical skills for sentiment analysis and know the appropriate processes to address these sentiments;
