Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Customer Service & Sales Support (Cargo) professional. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer support, managing inquiries through calls and correspondence with a focus on exceptional service delivery, and addressing customer needs. The individual will also handle sales support activities, provide detailed customer insights, and contribute to enhancing customer experience and satisfaction across the operational process. Assists in managing documents, processing orders (reservations), maintaining customer data, and preparing sales reports. Also plays a role in providing administrative support, following up with customers, and assisting with cargo shipping activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven ability to handle high workloads and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and systems for customer service
  • Prior experience in the cargo or aviation industry is advantageous
  • Domiciled in Tangerang or the area around Soetta Airport area
  • Minimum high school/vocational school or equivalent
  • Experienced in the field of customer service cargo for at least 1 year.
  • Neat, polite, and professional.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented.
  • Good oral and written English skills.
  • Able to operate PC (Microsoft Office and email).
  • Thorough, dexterous, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Have a good work ethic and are able to maintain company confidentiality.
