As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isn't your typical call center role—you'll be responsible for collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), ensuring smooth operations via phone and email, and assigning mystery shoppers. If you love interacting with people and keeping things organized, this role is perfect for you!

Job Description:

  1. Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  2. Assist in recruiting and assigning shoppers/auditors to various projects in the Americas and Europe regions.
  3. Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  4. Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills either speaking and writing
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in day or night shift
  • Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
