Customer Service Sales Specialist

BluBridge Center was established in 2019 as a safe place for children to acquire adaptive skills in accordance with their own uniqueness. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy, which has been widely researched and scientifically proven to be effective in helping children reach their full potential.

Our objective is to enhance the quality of life for each and every child so they can thrive to their fullest potential. Our behavior therapists are not only equipped with qualified training to foster a fun learning environment, but also skilled in effective data collection. To ensure positive and lasting change, BluBridge Center also provides parent training as an essential part of therapy.

• Handle and respond to inbound inquiries by providing information about Blubridge Center's therapy services, programs, and enrollment process.
• Understand parents needs and concerns and provide relevant information, individualized based on their child's needs.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and convert inbound inquiries into consultations and assessments.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to support a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate customer data, inquiry status, and follow-up progress using the Blum system.

• Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English is required
