Join our dynamic team in South Jakarta, South Jakarta City, Jakarta, Indonesia. You will play a pivotal role in Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., a global leader in scientific solutions.

This position is ideal for a meticulously organized, customer-centric individual. Own the smooth flow of products, facilitating sales operations, and handling logistics to enforce to business schedules.

A day in the Life:

  • Handle inquiries via email and phone from customers and/or internal parties.
  • Perform order management activities: order booking, price checking, order clearing aligned with company's policies, prepare a shipping documentation, etc.
  • Provide assistance to sales functions and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements.
  • Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to appropriate departments
  • Liaise with Finance and other departments on delivery status, invoicing and goods receipt postings
  • Participate in continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives across SEA
  • Maintain SAP transactions accuracy (PO creation, GR/IR, delivery updates).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Proven background in customer service, supply chain or logistics position.
  • Background in commercial operations or sales support.
  • Previous roles involving customer-centric settings.
  • 1+ years experience in order management, logistics, or customer service (preferably in pharma/life sciences or multinational companies).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to effectively implement logistics strategies.
  • Proficiency in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred) for PO/SO management.
  • Ability to work with 3PL vendors and cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves working in a standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit warehouses or shipping facilities.
