Job Description

Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries for export-import air and ocean shipments via email and phone
  • Develop and execute logistics plans using C-Quote system
  • Communicate with vendors, agents, and internal teams (operations, billing, procurement) for smooth handling
  • Obtain best rates from vendors (container, barge, LCT, truck, local freight) and create quotes for clients
  • Manage shipment process from pickup to delivery, monitoring via C-Quote and internal systems
  • Provide daily updates to customers and internal teams
  • Coordinate with operations for open Job Folio and billing instruction
  • Ensure timely delivery and follow up on POs and approvals

Requirements:

  • Minimal Diploma or bachelor's degree from recognized university
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in a customer service in a logistics /freight forwarding company
  • Familiar with International Freight Forwarding systems
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
