Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers through calls, social media, or email
  • Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
  • Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
  • Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
  • At least 1-year experience in Customer Service, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills & customer-oriented, a team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn
  • Have good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest in working in an e-commerce company
  • Placement is in Yogyakarta for 3-6 months contract based
