Job Description

Job Description:

  • Receive all pre-alert shipment from customer shipment
  • Entry data import shipment and update their progress into TORCH system
  • Check and Monitoring progress shipment in TORCH
  • Remind Implant if there is no follow up
  • Check & communicate with Liner (FCL), FF Coloader (LCL) for invoice DO & DO
  • Communicate and follow up with IFFO for process payment Invoice DO
  • Generate excel report from TORCH and send report to Implant and customs on daily basis
  • Provide Performance Import Clearance Customer report weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Minimal Diploma or bachelor's degree from recognized university
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, preferably in a logistics /freight forwarding company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel advance level
  • Familiar with International Freight Forwarding and Oil & Gas industry/sector
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
