Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, handle complaints, and maintain online reputation across digital platforms. Ideal for those passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via WhatsApp, Grab, Gojek, Tokopedia, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor and manage online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams (kitchen, operations, delivery partners, etc).
- Assist with menu inquiries, promotions, and order tracking.
Maintain customer records and feedback for service improvement.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is a plus, especially in F&B/hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Reviews, Grab, Gojek, etc.).
- Ability to handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Bali-based candidates will be prioritized.
