Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented International Customer Service professional to manage customer communication, shipment coordination, and logistics documentation processes. The ideal candidate has strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/ERP systems. Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or handling customer inquiries and complaints is preferred.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in logistics systems (e.g., ERP).

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Documentation, or related administrative roles.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and resolutions.
