Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails professionally in Korean & English.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Upsell properties or services within the hotel chain to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing roles).
  • Fluent in Korean and English.
  • Communicative and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to relocate and work full on-site in Bali 5 days a week.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Immediate availability is preferred (June 22, 2026).
