Job Overview

In this role, you will support a leading European ecommerce brand as part of a growing global operations team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of the ecommerce industry and build a long-term career in an international and dynamic work environment.

Work Location

Kuta, Bali

Located in Lippo Mall Kuta

Easily accessible from Ngurah Rai International Airport

Work Arrangement

  • Follows the Netherlands time zone
  • 9 hours per workday, 5 days per week (2 days off according to shift schedule)
  • Includes weekends and public holidays
  • Night shifts may be required in the future depending on business needs
  • Training schedule will be arranged for new hires

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with data protection standards and internal company guidelines

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Minimum C1 English proficiency
  • Open to ONLY local (Indonesian) candidates
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the same field
