Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide best service for customers, based on service excellent standard
  • Provide information to customers and non-customers regarding bank products
  • Accommodate and manage customers complaint

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
  • Have 1-2 years experience as a Teller & Customer Service in Banking Industry
  • Fresh Graduate with Korean Language Proficiency are welcome to apply
  • Good service attitude and good communication skills
  • MS Office literacy
  • Fluent in English
