Job Description:

  • Providing information on bank products and services
  • Handling, following up on and resolving customer complaints
  • Managing archives and administration
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks, especially operational risks, in every transaction conducted by Customer Service
  • Conducting customer due diligence to obtain accurate and relevant information regarding prospective customer data in accordance with the data submitted on the account opening application
  • Conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers by adding additional requirements or data requirements that prospective customers must meet

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma from any major
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
  • Customer-oriented
  • Placement at SeaBank Branch, Bandung
