Providing information on bank products and services
Handling, following up on and resolving customer complaints
Managing archives and administration
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, especially operational risks, in every transaction conducted by Customer Service
Conducting customer due diligence to obtain accurate and relevant information regarding prospective customer data in accordance with the data submitted on the account opening application
Conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers by adding additional requirements or data requirements that prospective customers must meet
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma from any major
Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
