Merchant Happiness Agent will work under the wing of the Operation Department, with the main responsibility being to handle incoming inquiries from the merchant from the omnichannel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a great customer experience to the Merchants by responding to their queries and resolving their issues.
- Handling customer's complaints, inquiries, requests and/or feedback
- Investigating and providing the best solutions to customers
- Handling internal and external escalation of customer complaints.
- Be a good team player for Merchant Happiness so we can keep improving our services to our customers.
Skill Set Required:
- Customer-oriented.
- High empathy and quick response in resolving customers problems.
- Take initiative to help the other team members and how to improve our service to customers.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Good analytical thinking, good communication, problem-solving, multitasking & typing skills.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in customer care, contact centre or similar position
- Preferable having 1 year of experience
- Able to work in shifts 24/7
- Able to work from the office and Familiar with customer care CRM, i.e. Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Sales Force
