Role Description

We are partnering with Hebe Beauty to find the best candidate for full time/contract role as an CS Affiliate (Chat Agent). Hebe Beauty is a company engaged in the beauty industry with various brands such as Y.O.U, Barenbliss, Dazzle Me, Lavojoy, and Glamfix. The company made its debut in the Indonesian market in mid-2018. They combine science and technology with the goodness of nature to produce products that are not only temporary solutions but also high-quality and long-lasting.

This is a full-time, on-site CS Affiliate role at Hebe Beauty Yogyakarta Branch located in Ngestiharjo, Kec. Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, 55184

Requirement

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik
• Mampu berpikir analitis dan memiliki keterampilan administratif
• Berpengalaman dalam menangani platform e-commerce seperti TikTok Shop dan Shopee
• Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu dan organisasi yang baik
• Mampu bekerja sama secara efektif dalam tim
• Menguasai Microsoft Office dan alat bantu administrasi lainnya
• Pengalaman di industri kecantikan menjadi nilai tambah

Responsibility

• Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan affiliate melalui berbagai platform seperti chat, email, telefon, dan seller center
• Memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, ramah, dan solutif untuk menjaga kejasama dengan affiliate
• Melakukan input data, pencatatan keluhan dan pelaporan harian/mingguan/bulanan kepada atasan
• Bekerja sama dengan tim operasional, logistik, dan marketing untuk memastikan proses pelayanan affiliate berjalan lancar
• Membantu dalam tugas administrasi umum yang berkaitan dengan operasional harian
