Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ciputat for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The role involves managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement, manage projects to deliver optimized solutions, and provide support to ensure collaborative success within the team.
