Job Description — Store Operations & Customer Service Staff

Assist customers both in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, recommendations, and general assistance.
Actively support sales activities by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and helping create a positive purchasing experience.
Handle cashier duties and payment transactions accurately, including cash, card, QRIS, and other available payment methods.
Process, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory, including stock counts, product labeling, organization, and inventory updates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and presentation.
Assist with sorting, organizing, pricing, and merchandising trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, and accessories.
Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to create a welcoming experience for collectors, players, and visitors.
Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing preparations and other operational tasks as required.
Help ensure products are handled carefully and displayed according to the store's standards.
