Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing social media channels. The role also involves collaborating with sales and other internal teams to drive business growth and ensure a consistent brand presence across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and understanding of customer and market trends
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales, with a focus on strategy execution and achieving business goals
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing to manage online presence and drive engagement
- Excellent Communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
- Knowledge of branding and the ability to maintain consistency across all marketing materials
- Proven ability to work within a team and independently to meet goals and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar marketing or sales role is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics or CRM software, is a plus
