Customer Relations Officer Staff

Job Description

As a Junior Customer Relation Staff, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining strong relationships, providing accurate product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey. You will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently while supporting the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service and building client trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Sales, or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work onsite at Satrio Tower, South Jakarta.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are a plus.
