This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the Customer Relation Team at VPlus Education. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting customers in their journey with the company. The role will also involve regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Support
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer relations or client-facing role is advantageous
