• ACQUISITION EXPERT Job Description: - Personal engagement for our top member in seller community
• Customer Relationship Management with existing and new members
• Manage Whatsapp Channel with member of seller community (copywriting skill is required) Requirements:
• S1 from any majors
• Excellent Customer Service skills (preferable has good face to face customer service)
• Used to handle complaints with good problem solving skills
• Basic Copywriting Skills (portfolio is required to attach with CV)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic to Medium Presentation Skills
• Basic to Medium Spreadsheet Skills
• Basic Event Organizing Skills (experience in handling event in community in campus required)
• Minimum 6 months experience in related field, or internship experience
• Willing to handle event around Jabodetabek area + Karawang, Serang, Cilegon (1 to 2 events per month)
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
