Customer Relation Division

We are looking for a Customer Relations Division to join our team in South Jakarta (Kuningan area). This is a full-time, on-site position. The team will support various day-to-day operations, including developing marketing and direct sales initiatives, conducting market research, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and assisting in marketing implementation.

Minimum qualifications for the role:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or strong interest in market research
• Ability to assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Previous experience or internship in sales or marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• 01 year of experience in customer relations or related roles
• Based in the Jabodetabek area, with the ability to commute to Kuningan, Jakarta.
