Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Jakarta for a Customer Relations Division team member. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns professionally, and creating strategies to improve customer retention. The day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience with the company's services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Retention and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction levels
  • Skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Support, including resolving inquiries and addressing concerns efficiently
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or relevant fields
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
