Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation position based in South Jakarta. The role involves managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction to ensure high levels of client loyalty and positive experiences
  • Proficient in Communication to engage effectively with customers and teams
  • Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proactive and able to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to adapt to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
