ABOUT SMOORE

SMOORE is a global leader in offering vaping technology solutions, including manufacturing vaping devices and vaping components for HNB products on an ODM basis, with advanced R&D technology, strong manufacturing capacity, wide-spectrum product portfolio and diverse customer base.

We are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer.

Currently SMOORE Indonesia has become a group and has 4 plants in Indonesia:

  1. PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia - Malang
  2. PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia - Pasuruan
  3. PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia - Sidoarjo
  4. PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia - Malang

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the handling of customer complaints, statictical analysis of customer complaint information;
  2. Responsible for the follow-up supervision and closure of the customers's 8D report;
  3. Participate in customer system, quality audit, and quality conference;
  4. Responsible for coordinating customer-related change management, submitting ECR and getting customer approval, following up the implementation process and reporting the results;
  5. Follow-up, summary and submission of customer quality report;
  6. Grasp customer needs and expectations, transform them into internal requirements and archive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, experienced people can be appropriately relaxed;
  2. More than 3 years working experience in customer litigation;
  3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Available as a working language;
  4. Familiar with the use of quality tools (8D report, fishbone diagram analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.);
  5. Have experience in Manufacturing and Quality area.
