Job Description
- Develop and implement customer loyalty strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Lead the planning and execution of customer loyalty programs and initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate loyalty program performance, customer participation, engagement, and ROI to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop customer communication strategies across relevant channels, including email, social media, and mobile applications, to strengthen customer engagement.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and loyalty data to generate insights and support data-driven decisions for customer retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and other relevant functions to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of loyalty programs.
- Manage loyalty program budgets, resources, and external/internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution and achievement of business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Customer Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management, CRM, Customer Experience, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of customer loyalty, retention strategies, customer engagement, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and managing customer loyalty or engagement programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Proficient in using customer analytics and CRM tools, such as CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or loyalty management platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, customer focus, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders.
