Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing information, managing cancellations, and assisting with seat selections or special requests.
  • Reserving and printing tickets for customers, ensuring accuracy for domestic and international travel.
  • Issuing tickets, boarding passes, and verifying travel documents.
  • Using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or computerized reservation systems, requiring strong computer skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree from any major
  • Strong written and spoken English skills at B1 level or above
  • Experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role at least 6 months proven by paklaring (certificate of employment).
  • Proficient in computer reservation systems (GDS), airline ticketing software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage last-minute changes professionally
  • Willing to work on site in 24/7 shifting schedules
  • Willing to participate in and complete all requires assessment in English
