Customer Expert - Korean Speaker

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Expert (Korean Speaker) to join our growing team in Bali!

If you have strong Korean communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will support Korean and English speaking customers, provide guidance, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service while working closely with international teams.

Requirements

• Open to Foreign Nationals!
• Fluent level of Korean and English (spoken & written).
• Experience studying or working in a Korean-speaking environment, or experience communicating with Korean customers/communities, is a plus!
• Education: minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Customer Service & Contact Center will be highly valued!
• Willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and onboard by October 2026.
