Job Description

Are you a fresh graduate with a passion for customer service and eager to learn We're hiring Arabic Customer Service Representatives for our Yogyakarta site. This role will mainly handle live chats, calls, and email. We offers great growth potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide timely and helpful support to customers via live chats, calls, and email.
  • Escalate priority issues through the right channels.
  • Assist the customers with basic technical issues using provided scripts.
  • Meet performance targets set by the company and client.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field (GPA 2.75).
  • Strong English skills (written & spoken) tested in recruitment.
  • Fluent in Arabic language proficiency level (written & spoken)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, especially night shifts.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus.
  • Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.
  • Available to start IMMEDIATELY.
  • Willing to work in SCH.
