Customer Engagement Intern:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in projects, reporting, scheduling, and executing engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and retention.
- Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc).
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate/final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, PR, or literature
- Experienced in Creative Content Writing
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Familiar with email marketing/CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
