Join Our Team – Customer Care Staff

📍 Location: MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi – West Java

🕑 Work Schedule: Shifting

📄 Employment Type: Permanent


We are looking for a Customer Care Staff to join our CRM team in Cibitung. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular service reports to customers and internal management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer care or related field.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
