Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including fluency in Malay and proficiency in English
Min D3/S1 Any Major
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience
Experience with customer care services and a customer-focused attitude
Capability to adapt and learn new tasks and tools effectively
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Previous experience in customer service roles or relevant fields is advantageous
