Job Description

PT Mitracomm Ekasarana is hiring for Customer Care Malay (Bahasa Melayu) Semarang.

Qualification :

- Minimum D3 / S1 in any fields

- GPA min. 2.75

- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

- Experienced as Customer Service / Call Center is a plus

- Communicative & no local accent

- Must be proficient in English and Malay

- Willing to work in shift

- Willing to be placed in Semarang - Central of Java.

Job description :

- Handling customer complain via digital or voice

- Identify and evaluate customer complains & issues
