Role: Customer Care Internship

Job Description (Summary):

  • Monitor all comments and direct messages (DMs) across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including complaints, giveaways, quizzes, and other engagement activities.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to all comments and DMs in accordance with the brand's communication guidelines.
  • Classify and categorize comments and messages based on sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) for internal review.
  • Prepare monthly or periodic reports related to social media engagement when requested by the internal team or client.
  • Answer incoming customer calls, greet politely, and log complaints or inquiries using the provided templates.
  • Handle the collection of defective or returned products from customers and coordinate return shipments to the relevant warehouse or distribution center.
  • Compile and summarize customer complaints on a weekly basis to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Create clear, visually engaging reports and charts (e.g., in Google Slides) to facilitate analysis and internal presentations.

Requirements (Summary):

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Experience in social media response or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bright personality, responsive, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Willing to work hybrid in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Non Negotiable Requirements:

  • Able to work WFO/hybrid
  • Able to join under 1-2 weeks notice
  • Fee (1.000.000/month)
