What We're Looking For

- Experience in Customer Service is a must

- Minimum education: D3

- Minimum GPA 2,75

- English B2 minimum

- Your English speaking and writing are on point

- Communicative

- Ready to work in a shifting schedule (yes, weekends & public holidays included)

- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

What You'll Be Doing

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through chat/email in English.

- Understand the Mom and Baby products industry, including products related to baby, kids, and parenting needs

- Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer concerns.

- Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting service quality and performance standards.
