Customer Analytics Officer

Placement in Alam Sutera (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and interactions with the company's products or services.
  • Identify patterns and trends in customer data to understand their needs and behaviors.
  • Create clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate key insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain predictive models to forecast customer behavior and potential sales opportunities.

Role Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, business analytics, statistics, marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel.
  • Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
