Job Description


  • Provide consultation and facilitate online product purchases.
  • Follow up with customers through WhatsApp chat and phone calls.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies on various Marketplace platforms to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain store accounts.
  • Respond to comments, reviews, and customer chats.
  • Create daily Sales Reports.


  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience in E-Commerce Administration, Customer Service, Online Marketing, or similar positions.
  • Proficient in the field of Online Sales.
  • Fast computer typing skills.
  • Initiative and proactive.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Willing to work in a SHIFT system.
  • Willing to work in the Green Lake City area, Tangerang.
