CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (Service Management) - Project Based
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic networking.
- Accustomed to preparing reports and delivering presentations.
- Proficient in data processing using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to be on standby and reachable by phone 24/7.
