- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting application designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in React.js.
- Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data in React.js applications.
- Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization techniques within React.js environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
