• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively within an agile environment.
• Skilled in using project management tools to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
