Job Description:

• Managed end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Prepared, reviewed, and submitted customs declarations and supporting documentation through customs and EDI systems.
• Determined tariff classifications and customs procedures to ensure accurate duty and tax assessments.
• Coordinated with customers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance and resolve customs-related issues.
• Provided guidance on customs compliance, tariff classification, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
• Maintained data accuracy and integrity for customs transactions while supporting audit and compliance requirements.
• Managed billing activities related to customs clearance services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding or Customs Clearances
• Preferable who have experienced using CW system
• Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal) and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
