Custody Client Service Officer
- Provide client service support for custody services, including handling client correspondence, responding to inquiries, providing portfolio information, and maintaining documentation related to institutional client instructions.
- Prepare, review, and distribute custody reports, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information and alignment with internal systems and KSEI records.
- Support custody account opening processes, transaction instruction validation, client data maintenance and updates, while ensuring services are delivered in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Settlement, Corporate Action, and Reporting teams, as well as external parties such as brokers, investment managers, and KSEI to fulfill client requests effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Custody Operations specially for registration process SID/SRE, Custody Client Service, Securities Services
- Good understanding of custody services, securities settlement processes, corporate actions, and capital market operations.
- Experience in handling institutional clients, investment managers, pension funds, insurance companies, or other financial institutions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professional relationships with institutional clients.
- Knowledge of custody account administration, transaction processing, portfolio reporting, and client documentation management.
- Understanding of financial instruments including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and money market products.
