Culture Processing Operator

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for performing tissue culture processing activities, including grafting and subculture of explants, callus, embryos, and shoots in accordance with laboratory procedures.

Job Description:

• Perform grafting and subculture of explants, callus, embryos, and shoots.

• Carry out tissue culture processing activities in accordance with laboratory procedures.

• Record processing activities and maintain accurate documentation.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the laboratory work area.

• Support other laboratory activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma (D3) in Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in laboratory work or tissue culture is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.

• Able to follow standard operating procedures.

• Placement in Sentul, Bogor
