- Communication & Media Relations: Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary (Corsec) team on external communications and media relations strategies. Prepare and review CSR-related communication materials and provide insights to the CSR Manager regarding stakeholder perceptions, media exposure, and reputational risks.
- Project Management & Budget Control: Lead the CSR team in managing programs and projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Support the CSR Manager in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets to ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of CSR programs, sustainability performance, budget utilization, and stakeholder engagement activities in accordance with company requirements, applicable regulations, lender requirements, and relevant audit standards.
