Good CSR is not just about running programs — it is about knowing they work, proving it rigorously, and building the right partnerships to extend their reach. In this role, you will develop strategic global collaborations and ensure Paragon's social investments are grounded in evidence, accountability, and continuous learning.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with international organizations, global foundations, multilateral agencies, and NGOs aligned with Paragon's CSR focus areas
- Design Theory of Change frameworks and MEL plans; lead baseline-endline assessments and rigorous impact studies (SROI or equivalent) across four CSR pillars: Education, Women & Health, Environment, and Economic Empowerment
- Develop partnership proposals, co-branded program frameworks, and formal collaboration agreements; ensure commitments are tracked and delivered
- Build and manage a centralized CSR data dashboard, consolidating program performance and impact indicators across sites and programs
- Translate complex impact findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences — executives, regulators, international partners, and the public
- Provide evidence-based recommendations on program design, scale-up, and partnerships to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years in CSR, international development, global partnerships, social impact consulting, or monitoring and evaluation — ideally with exposure to both areas
- Experience working with or within international organizations (UN agencies, global foundations, bilateral donors) is highly preferred
- Hands-on MEL expertise, including experience leading full MEL cycles and rigorous impact studies such as SROI
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks (SDGs, ESG) and their application to corporate programs
- Strong written and spoken English for international settings; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required
- Network within international development, philanthropy, or impact investing communities is a strong advantage
Why Join Corporate Affairs at Paragon:
Paragon's CSR programs reach communities across Indonesia — in education, health, environment, and economic empowerment. This role is how we make sure those programs genuinely work: by building the right partnerships, measuring outcomes rigorously, and learning from what the evidence tells us. If you care about social impact that is real and accountable, this is work worth doing.
