Degree: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Professional License: Valid SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) in Building Architecture or Structural Engineering is highly preferred.
Specialized Work Experience
Data Center Focus: Minimum 58 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years specifically in Data Center or Industrial Cleanroom projects.
High-Load Structures: Proven experience in inspecting heavy-load floor slabs (designed for heavy UPS/Battery/Genset racks) and seismic bracing systems.
Decoration & Fit-out: Expertise in specialized data center fit-outs, including Raised Floor Systems, Acoustic Ceilings, Partition Walls (Fire-rated), and Epoxy Flooring.
